Who we are

Konstriva is a technology, engineering and construction business based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This notice explains how Konstriva handles personal information collected through this website and related business enquiries. You can contact us at hello@konstriva.com.

02

Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide when you contact us or submit a project enquiry, including:

  • your name, work email address and telephone number;
  • your company or organisation;
  • the service area, budget range and timeline you select;
  • the contents of your message and any later correspondence; and
  • basic technical and security information generated when the website is accessed, such as device, browser, IP address, request and error logs.

If the website prepares an email in your email application, Konstriva receives the information only when you choose to send that email.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • review and respond to enquiries;
  • understand a proposed project and route it to the appropriate division;
  • prepare proposals, arrange conversations and take steps towards a contract;
  • operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website;
  • maintain appropriate business records; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated third-party advertising.

04

Legal grounds

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure business website, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier processing.

05

Sharing and international processing

We may share information with personnel and trusted service providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, professional advice and business operations. They should receive only what is reasonably necessary for their role. Some providers may process information in other countries, where different data-protection rules apply. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

06

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries that do not become projects are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client or supplier relationship, relevant records may be kept longer to meet contractual, accounting, tax, insurance and legal requirements. Technical logs are generally retained for shorter operational and security periods determined by the relevant service provider.

07

Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.

08

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to or correction of your information, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@konstriva.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your country.

09

Cookies and analytics

The website may use technology that is strictly necessary for delivery, security and functionality. We may also use limited, privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate website usage; analytics must not receive the contents of enquiry forms. If we introduce non-essential cookies or materially different tracking, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

10

Children

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.

11

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as the website, our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date. Questions or concerns about this notice can be sent to hello@konstriva.com.
